Terms and Conditions (Private Events)
- Booking Confirmation: Once numbers and venue are confirmed. We will send a booking confirmation with final costs.
- Payment: 50% of the booking is required to secure the date and booking. The remaining balance will be required 14 days before the date of the event.
- Payment Restrictions: Payments cannot be processed from countries subject to financial sanctions imposed by the UK.
- Pricing and Promotions: Event prices are subject to change without notice. We may run promotions at our discretion, which may be time-limited or event-specific.
- Insurance: Your booking does not include any form of insurance coverage, including but not limited to coverage for personal accidents, sickness, cancellations, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. In the event Moore McKay Moments cancels the event, we are only liable for the booking costs already paid (minus any booking fees), and we are not liable for any additional expenses or losses.
- No Refunds or Transfers: All bookings are non-refundable once a deposit has been paid. They may be transferable for a fee depending on availability.
- Right to Refuse Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event for any reason at any time, including but not limited to failure to comply with event policies or disruptive behaviour.
- Name Display Policy: Only your first name will be displayed on tables during the event.
- Data Processing and Privacy: By booking an event, you consent to Moore McKay Moments processing your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Filming and Photography: Please note that filming and photography may take place during events. Your image may be captured and used in Moore McKay Moments advertising, publications, and social media. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in these materials. If you wish to withdraw your consent for future use of your image, you may request that Moore McKay Moments cease using it for future materials, though it may continue to appear in materials already in circulation.
- Electronic Communications: By booking an event, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Moore McKay Moments, including event updates and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to info@mooremckaymoments.com with your request.
