Terms and Conditions
- Booking Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed your booking. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Ticket Availability: There may be limited tickets available on the day of the event, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee tickets will be available on-site.
- Payment Restrictions: Payments cannot be processed from countries subject to financial sanctions imposed by the UK.
- Pricing and Promotions: Event prices are subject to change without notice. We may run promotions at our discretion, which may be time-limited or event-specific.
- Insurance: Your booking does not include any form of insurance coverage, including but not limited to coverage for personal accidents, sickness, cancellations, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings. In the event Moore McKay Moments cancels the event, we are only liable for the booking costs (minus any booking fees), and we are not liable for any additional expenses or losses.
- No Refunds or Transfers: All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Right to Refuse Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event for any reason at any time, including but not limited to failure to comply with event policies or disruptive behaviour.
- Name Display Policy: Only your first name will be displayed on tables during the event.
- Data Processing and Privacy: By booking an event, you consent to Moore McKay Moments processing your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Filming and Photography: Please note that filming and photography may take place during events. Your image may be captured and used in Moore McKay Moments advertising, publications, and social media. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in these materials. If you wish to withdraw your consent for future use of your image, you may request that Moore McKay Moments cease using it for future materials, though it may continue to appear in materials already in circulation.
- Electronic Communications: By booking an event, you consent to receiving electronic communications from Moore McKay Moments, including event updates and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending an email to info@mooremckaymoments.com with your request.
- Private Bookings: All private bookings will receive a separate contract with different terms and conditions.
